
Homemade Tarama
For 6 to 8 people:
280gr of smoked cod roe
Juice of 1 large lemon
20cl sunflower oil
10cl of milk
5 slices of bread (remove the bread borders)
• Soak the bread in milk.
• In a bowl, mash the cod roe with a fork and then add the bread previously dried and the lemon juice.
• Then mix the preparation by gradually adding the oil as if you were making mayonnaise. Once it has a creamy texture, serve it with bread or blinis.
